CU ink, a leading provider of marketing, statement processing, and print solutions specifically for credit unions, announces a formal agreement with Pinnacle Federal Credit Union to provide day-to-day support of the Credit Union's MCIF technology from Harland Financial Solutions.

Under the agreement, CU ink will utilize the company's MCIF software to create reports and processes to help the Credit Union save time and money. CU ink’s first priority will be to identify reporting needs through discussion with various members of the executive team. In addition to hands-on system use, CU ink will provide creative support for the Credit Union’s website redesign, newsletter program, and direct mail initiatives.
