To date over 45 credit unions have converted to CU ink’s Member Document Management Program from either other processors or in-house operations and many have expressed their surprise at how seamless and efficient the process is. Our design, data and operations departments coordinate all aspects of your stock, imaging and processing specifications:

We analyze current samples of your member statements or other documents along with a test data file to determine appropriate enhancements to presentation in addition to potential cost savings.
You receive proofs of laser stock and envelopes as well as data proofs of imaged statements produced from your test file.
Once approved, laser stock and envelopes are produced for storage in our climate controlled warehouse and inventory is monitored on an ongoing basis.
Before your first live run, you will receive a final review of all specifications together with a live data proof and confirmation of data file statistics to assure complete accuracy.
