When Tobyhanna Army Depot Federal Credit Union wanted to target their marketing and statement messages, they turned to CU ink. Nina Waskevich, Marketing Manager, broke down their membership into three age-based categories: 13-25 (Generation Y), 26-45 (Generation X), 46+ (Baby Boomers). Each segment received a newsletter that looked slightly different from the others, and each newsletter contained age-based articles. The result:
