It has been over 2 and a half years since we started to offer statement processing to our credit union clients. Last quarter, CU ink processed statements for thirty-five credit unions. Some of these credit unions were processing their statements in-house, and some were outsourcing to another vendor. They range in size from five hundred members to almost twenty thousand. We have heard over and over how easy it was to make the transition, and our pricing makes it attractive to credit unions of all sizes.
Here’s how the process works:
- First, you send us a test file via ftp or email. We analyze the data and produce data proofs for you to review. Data proofs show exactly how your members’ data lays out on the form. We can help you customize your statements to create an effective marketing tool to communicate with your members. And by repositioning certain fields on your form, we can even create a version that is much easier for your members to read.
- Next, we send you proofs for the statement form and window envelopes we will be using.
- Once approved, we will produce a supply of each and store them in our climate controlled warehouse to use as needed for each run.
That’s all there is to it. Today’s incredible technology enables us to do it faster, easier, and cheaper than ever before.
